being productive and learning new things and getting recognition
What do you like best about the leadership team?
We have a woman as our CEO, and that reduces the microaggressions I experience here. There is also a book club for men to read about inclusivity for women. There is also an effort to include the voices of minority groups by letting ERGs present to the entire company.
