What are some of the best things about your team?
They are, for the most part, open minded, fair, neighborly and outgoing. Open to new ideas and differing opinions and personalities!
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
There is a very high visibility economic struggle right now, and I haven't once been approached about a raise or even a cost of living increase. It's below market value and I think it's only fair to give everyone that cost of living increase if not annually realign salaries with market value.
