I've been with Nextdoor in some capacity for over 3 years and have no intention of leaving. I've never worked at a place where everyone from the CEO to administrative assistants care about me personally, and our shared success.

Supportive environment. There seems to be constant concern with my well being as an employee and as a person. I feel completely free to share concerns, be they personal or preofessional.
