What are some of the best things about your team?
They're collaborative, they're leaned in, there's generally speaking a lack of ego, and everyone is very eager to roll up their sleeves and do the work.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
An inspirational group of honest, transparent humans who make themselves available, ask questions, and are willing to walk the walk. I couldn't be more impressed with the Leads team.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
We're mission, vision and values driven. I can look around and know that we are all here to achieve the same purpose, which ultimately really is to do good. Good for communities, members, advertisers and us.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
100% company paid insurance is unheard of, and while I realize we now have to cover our dependents it's still better than anywhere else I've ever worked. I also feel like the commission structure is [now] clear and motivating.
What makes you most happy at work?
When the team wins. Beats goal, closes a deal they've worked hard on, reports great performance to a customer, negotiates something complex that is in their/our/a brand's best interest...all of the small wins each day are equally exciting for me!
