Clear goals and they are clearly passionate about it. This resonates across the entire organization.
What makes you most happy at work?
Getting a "good job" note from my co-workers. My role can be thankless but drives a lot of traffic and revenue.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I feel overworked with the lack of resources. So I end up wasting a lot of my time on busy work that could have been solved easily with a product. I also produce a ton of revenue for the company but do not feel like I get what I need to succeed even more.
