The IC rank is subjective and compensation is not structured appropriately for our team

What is the best part about your compensation package?
I am compensated fairly for my work and the added benefits of the company are a surplus to the monetary acknowledgement.

Everyone has a clear objective and goal. Roles are defined to help everyone achieve their goals and set us up on a path to success.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
The team is encouraged to be brave and fail quickly. We make an effort to find solutions and learn from our mistakes, without being judgemental of those actions.
