They seem genuinely interested in one another as people, and are an exceptionally helpful, collaborative, supportive bunch.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
My compensation does not at all reflect the technical and analytical aspects of my job. The past couple times the role was evaluated, my input about what I do (my role is fairly odd) was not requested. I should be making at least 25% more than what I currently do
