The fact that most people are positive and are genuinely supportive of your wins and areas where you may need support.
What makes you most happy at work?
The general vibe I get from my co-workers and manager. Also knowing that we are working toward a purpose based mission.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
I like the level of transparency that is granted to the entire company. We aren't just cogs in a wheel. Outside opinions are welcome.
