The leadership team represents a wonderfully broad and diverse set of perspectives, backgrounds, and experiences. It's a truly global and intersectional team that cares deeply for the company and for employees.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
While company missions aren't always reflected in company cultures, I've found that Nextdoor's mission of creating a kinder world is lived out directly through its employees. I'm amazed on a daily basis by the kindness and thoughtfulness of my peers and leaders.
