Leave: bereavement leave for close family members and parental leave (with an additional month where you can work part-time to acclimate to working as a parent).

Everyone I work with is willing to drop everything to help others. Just like the leadership team aligns to the values, all employees do, too.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
We are very focused on community, on our platform and within the company. Especially during shelter-in-place, we strive to welcome new employees and include them from the get-go.

The ERG (employee resource group) community. Our leadership team and volunteer employees at the company have put a lot of energy into making them successful, inclusive, and supportive.
