The company is growing, but I still feel like we function at a very startup/scrappy pace. I am noticing low morale when problems are not addressed affectively. Many teams still feel very under-resourced in order to achieve the goals we are expected to meet, which leads to burnout and attrition.

I have noticed a shift to a more top-down and top heavy organization -- I feel like leaders need to trust the employees they hire more and feel comfortable pushing back and disagreeing with others.
