What is the best part about your compensation package?

The number of options is solid

What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?

Everyone is very supportive and kind.

What is the best part about your compensation package?

I guess the equity, because if our stock ever takes off, I'll be well-rewarded

What do you like best about the leadership team?

I trust that they have the right vision and the experience to pull it off.

What are some of the best things about your team?

Everyone is very pleasant, hard-working, and knowledgable! Sometimes I feel I'm holding them back even.

What do you like best about the leadership team?

I feel confident that Sarah and Kiran in particular have the experience to build a successful product and turn this into a profitable business

What do you like best about the leadership team?

I think they all have good experience in their roles and thus I trust their decision-making. Also, they are very transparent in their decision-making processes.

What's going wrong and how can it be improved?

For me personally, see the question about compensation. Also, I've been working on a lot of the same types of experiments for 2 years now, so getting a little bored. For the company as a whole, we have to get our costs under control, so we can reach profitability soon!

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?

It's just the equity compensation I feel a little cheated by. I joined pre-IPO and unfortunately the company's stock has fallen a lot since the IPO. My equity value was kinda pegged to that IPO price, and now I'm earning a fraction of that while I'm sure new hires are getting much more equity.
