Overall, working at Nextdoor is great. At times, the work-life balance is not that great. Talking to people outside the company, general percption of the people about Nextdoor is "oh, it's a place to post about lost pets". But we are doing much more than that and should be marketed in a better way.

- The team is approachable. - from the ads-onsite which is my only in person interaction with everybody, I enjoyed interacting with everybody.
