I'm making significantly less than my peer group within this company and outside of this company. Both in compensation and equity.

I’m not compensated to match my counterparts and do feel that makes at my level have been compensated with additional cash and equity. Additionally the effort and commitments vs reward in compensation does not matc

What's going wrong and how can it be improved?

The expectation vs reality is not working. There are a few giving much more effort than others and are not being given support. Leaders are being selected for the wrong reasons vs those that are good leaders and are able to build teams & business.
