Solving problems with members of my team and improving tools to make others work easier.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Willingness of folks to help each other out. I've found that this is especially true of some of the most experienced and capable engineers.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Progression through levels feels slow relative to performance. This creates incentive for engineers to apply to other companies where they could be compensated at a higher level 6 months or a year earlier than if they stay at ND.
What are some of the best things about your team?
There are a ton of things I appreciate about my team. First and foremost is that they are just good people. But I also love that we go out of our way to help each other and care about each other.
