Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
As a hiring manager, I can see the compensation (both cash and equity) of new hires on my team, and the rate that it's gone up over the last year. As a longer-tenured employee, I know my compensation will never increase as quickly. It's a bitter pill to swallow.
