Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?

Based on market data I know I am currently underpaid relative to my peers.

What do you like best about the leadership team?

I think the executive team so focused about building a product based on inclusivity and kindness.

What's going wrong and how can it be improved?

The lack of cross functional support & overarching strategy makes it difficult to prioritize day to day business operations.

What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?

We need to hire more people to support the sales organization from an operations perspective. The lack of GTM & Sales Ops has rippling effects across the revenues organization.

What does the leadership team need to get better at?

For those of us who have been here > 4 years its discouraging to see how slow our pace is to build a better product for our neighbors and advertisers
