What is the best part about your compensation package?
The compensation and stock options are more than fair. I appreciate the reevaluation every year to make sure all employees are being paid fairly and compensation is being adjusted for inflation, skill improvement etc.
What are some of the best things about your team?
Strong sense of empathy especially about current events and the perception in creates on the platform. The team is also extremely talented and versatile which results in great feedback on the work of the ICs
What do you like best about the leadership team?
Sarah Friar seems invested in our companies goals, both metrics like OKR, DAU, MAU etc. and the well being of members on our platform. She doesn't mind letting go of members that don't fit our values.
