Nextdoor is a great company - smart people, great mission, good goals. If we want to retain employees, especially engineers, we need better perks and compensation. I do not feel that the company did enough to take care of employees when WFH started. Nextdoor is good, but I want it to be great.

The company is changing and is embracing change. I admire that and think that it's good for us in general to evolve and change.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
According to Levels.FYI, it seems like Nextdoor engineering employees are underpaid when compared to other startups that are at a similar phase as we are.
