I have tremendous confidence in their ability to execute, and I have deep trust in them as good people who have integrity and care deeply about building an amazing company.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
We are a startup, so we will bias more towards upside equity than base cash comp, but I'd love to see us implement some sort of spot bonus program or ad hoc recognition for above and beyond contributions in the moment.
