When I work on something cool, or have enough time to work on something to make it really good instead of constantly having to rush to get everything done in a short timeline

People are nice, and the pressure to do a lot of work is there but not in a condescending or demeaning way. If you do you’re best it’s ok, but there’s a lot of urgency and a big work load at least in m

We are trusted to be working hard. People are nice and don't blame people for making mistakes and instead people are always offering constructive feedback instead of insulting people. Example creating a SEV is a learning experience instead of blaming and punishing the engineer.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I’m making less than more junior people being hired now, and I’ve been told to expect little compensation and stock improvements despite also being told I’m a high performer and deserve it. It incentivizes me to leave the company because There my stock and salary growth will be negligible if
