I am overall happy at Nextdoor and believe in our mission and our 2025 goal. I do think we all work far too many hours which is not reflected in the pay, we really could do with more resources. There is also a very poor management of career here, after a year it is still not clear my career path

Our culture is diverse with everyone caring about one another
What are some of the best things about your team?
They are fun, helpful and passionate about the work we do. I love my team
What do you like best about the leadership team?
They are always clear with what needs to be done and always deliver it with a fun factor
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Whilst I have the same role title as my counter parts my role is more in depth, the actual work differs a lot and there is much more responsibility
What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
Working from home is not going well for me, this takes the excitement out of starting my work day. I know this cannot be helped at the moment but this is a big negative for me right now
