Right now it's closing roles and building partnerships. I love that I'm working on roles across multiple business units.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
To single out one part is tough but I'm happy the company built in a 401k match plan. It's a nice BONUS!
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
The team as rallied around our mission, we have an open and understanding environment. It's easy to have a conversation and ask questions about a topic you may not understand.
