Dedication to the mission and purpose. Talented individuals who are inspiring to work with. Welcoming and fun people to work with.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
The inspiring stories we share of our members really help to drive home the importance of why we turn up everyday. Everyone is hard working but also fun to work with and very down to earth, there really isn't too much politics!
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I have been asked to step up into a new role with a new title but with no additional pay. I am managing a level up from me and have had no change to my own level. I am prepared to work hard to reach new levels but expect my pay to reflect that.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
Having just returned from maternity leave - during a pandemic - I would say CLEO has been such a huge value. I've not had the community support I would normally get, thank goodness for Jay (my baby guide) and CLEO's info, experts. I was also touched at the gesture for my baby (john lewis voucher).
