I am making less now than I have in previous roles, and was offered less than the minimum I requested.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
This is the lowest salary I have made so far in my career, and I was offered 10k lower than what I said would be the minimum I'd accept. I guess I was bluffing!
