Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Our company changes focus areas with every executive or leadership change. This leads to frequent reorgs. The reorgs and changes in manager make it difficult to understand what is required for promotion, as people's work focus changes at that frequency. Thus you do not have enough time to add value.
