Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Having a better understanding of our philosophy, more confidence that my manager has my back, more transparency. Due to my tenure, I often feel that my "low strike price" is used against me. I don't have confidence in our process, limited budget and those above me.
