My overall experience at Nightingale College has been a great experience. I check the career page offer to see if I know someone for an opening position because of the work environment.

While no job is a utopian experience, Nightingale is the closest I have ever worked.

Everything is positive and if I feel it going negative, I call someone and work it out. They will help turn things around.

It is my home away from home, I know my contributions matter to the overall success of the company, and I know everything I do is appreciated not only from my director but our Executive committee as well.

This has been the single best job I've held in my entire career.

We are very collaborative in our team, there is a feeling of not just co-workers but family. We truly share each other's up's and down's.

Everyone is so kind and open. We have built a really strong line of communication, and I have found that I don't dread clocking in to work at all, though this was an issue with previous jobs I've held.
