This has been the single best job I've held in my entire career.
What makes you most happy at work?
My fellow collaborators and the fact that I understand the necessary parts of my job, as well as the big picture of enrollment.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
There is always room for improvement or something new to learn. Everyone is open to becoming better versions of themselves and actively trying to do so.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
Probably the Wellness program that lets you earn points with good habits to decrease your insurance premiums. Also, the idea of a company-wide minimum wage of $25 plus overtime.
What are some of the best things about your team?
Everyone is so kind and open. We have built a really strong line of communication, and I have found that I don't dread clocking in to work at all, though this was an issue with previous jobs I've held.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
How open they are to new ideas, and their ability to explain why they believe an idea is feasible or not. I feel they embody the growth mindset that everyone talks about here. They're definitely people I am proud to work with.
