What do you like best about the leadership team?
Their availability, interest in employee input and wellness. Nightingale doesn't just "talk the talk" but "walks the walk" when it comes to open door (teams) leadership.

Nightingale provides fair compensation , 401k and financial wellness resources as well as health wellness benefits. Also, time off for bereavement, loss of a pet and many other life circumstances.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Getting a COLA increase but not a raise for doing my very best, working extra hours, doing my job well. etc. I appreciate the increase, but where is the job evaluation increase/raise?
More objective measurements of KPIs for performance reviews.
What are some of the best things about your team?
Very supportive, innovative and provide an inviting environment.

They want what is best for our learners by helping them reach greater potential while ensuring they will be safe professionals.

I enjoy helping the learners develop the knowledge and skills needed to be successful in their online and work environments.
To be able to work from home.
As an evaluator, I realize how important my role is helping the learners understand the material needed to pass the course. My valuable feedback allows them to learn in a way that will help them understand vs. memorize.
Working with high performing teams that are aligned to the mission.
Interacting with co-workers as well as seeing students improve who have been struggling.
