My experience is as a Nurse Evaluator. I enjoy working in a course with a team that supports and encourages each other. Having worked in several nursing programs, I am impressed with the organization and weekly objectives given to remain timely in grading. This is a very effective system.

Interacting with co-workers as well as seeing students improve who have been struggling.

The team aspect as well as focus on student achievement. It is rewarding helping others achieve their dreams.

What do you like best about the leadership team?
Their availability, interest in employee input and wellness. Nightingale doesn't just "talk the talk" but "walks the walk" when it comes to open door (teams) leadership.
