I feel valued, cared for and taken serious.

The company has a goal of building a community. I like that they try.

By far the best place I have ever worked.

To sum up my overall experience here at Nightingale, I would say it has been like riding a wave. I've had highs and lows, however, it all worked together and is helping me become a better employee and I would not trade working her at Nightingale for anything. I LOVE it here. #FlameForward

Only been here a short time but feel valuable and respected.

Leaderships are caring and understanding. They truly want to see you succeed in every possible way and want to see everyone grow within the organization.

What I like best about my leadership team is the compassion they have. I've never worked for a company that cares about my wellness, in totality. Nightingale's leadership genuinely cares about their collaborators. They don't just say it; they prove it with their actions and implementing action plans

The consistency and transparency are inspiring

understanding our workload more and making it more attainable to be successful.

From my experience no matter how, hard you work moving up all boils down to who you are friends with. If you are different then this is not the place. The vision and mission as a whole is amazing but not being utilized.

Annual market raises and PTOs.

The Pay is above average.

The pay and benefits are very fair.

For me the best part of my compensation package would be the health insurance. As a type 1 diabetic, insulin and supplies are very costly. With Nightingale's insurance, I'm able to get a full 3-month supply of all my insulin and supplies at no charge to me. That is amazing and saves me so much money

The dental and vision, and free teledoc feature

There is a high amount and stress and pressure to keep up with expected productivity amidst process changes, added workload beyond general reception responsibilities and time provided to accomplish these goals.

The requirements for advancement are clearly defined but often changes.

I decline to answer this question as I would like to remain anonymous, and my answer would be telling.

The pay could be a bit higher given that the cost of living is very expensive, esp. in certain parts of the country

Not so much undervalued and our pay has come up so much since I started here but life is so expensive and private schools tend to pay more. I do think we are continuing to keep making it better and for that I appreciate it so much.

My team is very open, fun and responsive.

My co-workers are great .

Everyone cares about one another.

Some of the best things about my team is the community. Although we work remotely, the bond that we share is undeniable. It feels as though we have known one another our entire lives. That is something I've not always experienced with in office work.

They are always there and don't judge me.

By taking more calls as we're told.

Fellow collaborators in my function need to be more accountable for their actions and learn to use provided resources more often.

Some collaborators are given platforms and opportunities that others don't seem to have access to. Preferential treatment if you will.

I sometimes do not feel included with the team I am on. A lot of people do not participate actively in the chat or acknowledge what I say. I think people also take things personally when prospecting even if it's within the policy.

Inclusive, transparent, caring and meaningful.

The idea is to build a better world.

Everyone does there best not to disappoint each other. Its kind of like a family.

I would say the most positive about the culture here at Nightingale is feeling supported. It feels safe to "mess up" or make mistakes here. You don't feel like you're getting cut off for being human and not always getting it right100% of the time.

The family environment is phenomenal

Being able to work remotely while contributing to the organization while working to achieve our mission, vision and values.

Most definitely fellow collaborators and learners.

The thing that makes me most happy at work are my learners. Knowing that I play a small part in helping future learners achieve their goal to become a nurse is the most rewarding part of my job.

I feel like i love the people and my job but the expectations are extremely high. There is passive aggressiveness as well.
