My overall experience has been mixed but meaningful. I’ve worked with genuinely kind and supportive people, which I really value. At the same time, lack of clarity and processes that take longer than they should can make the work challenging at time

Its been really positive. I feel like my managers are invested in my growth. My team is working well together. Plus, I'm getting to help people achieve their goals but within a 40 our work week. I was working 70-80 hours but getting paid for 40, this is a refreshing change.

Health insurance is really good compared to what I had before. even though I haven't used them - I appreciate that sick/wellness days don't detract from our PTO.

I understand how my compensation is determined and I like the additional PTO for the holidays and extra bonuses like unplug days or treat yo self days!

I am at the top of my pay scale, with 39 years' experience in professional nursing, a terminal degree and 19+ years of academic experience, and 10+ years nationally certified as a CNE, the going rate for an RN with my credentials is at least another 10-15K per year, then my current salary.

As a doctorate prepared scholar and educator that works year round I feel my salary is anywhere from 12-15% under what I am worth to the company

Honestly, I feel like the insurance options aren't great. For a company that values better health for a better humanity, I feel like the insurance is really expensive and the actual options have such a high deductible. And insurance that covers more mental health issues, ours is lacking
