What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?

Collaborative, Productive, and goal-oriented group of people.

What are some of the best things about your team?

I feel like we are a very supportive team who overall likes each other well and gets along both productively and collaboratively.

What is the best part about your compensation package?

Health insurance is really good compared to what I had before. even though I haven't used them - I appreciate that sick/wellness days don't detract from our PTO.

What do you like best about the leadership team?

Like Nightingale's leadership as a whole, or the leadership in my department? As a whole I'm still too new to fully answer as I'm still learning about positions/functions that exist outside of mine.

What makes you most happy at work?

Being able to work from home and yet still make an impact. I like how my prior work experiences have prepared me for this role in ways my team initially wasn't sure on. I don't come from a higher ed background but i'm doing really well.
