What do you like best about the leadership team?
The leadership team is available to assist with any questions or concerns and is both supportive and encouraging.
Arrogant. Fraternity vibe. Unrealistic. Bit involved in the trenches of our daily tasks
they trust the functions to operate autonomously
Open, transparent communication and listen to their collaborators.
What I like best about the leadership is everyone care about their employees, our mental health, and allow everyone to submit their innovative ideas.

What is the best part about your compensation package?
I was compensated for my innovative ideas.
Winter floating holidays and give back days
The ability to have a domestic partner on my insurance, as well as the Wellevate option for both of us to participate in.

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I cant pay my bills!
What are some of the best things about your team?
Honesty, kindness, genuine, passionate and emotionally invested
Our team has worked to build community to overcome the remote siloes.
There is a culture of both support and guidance from the entire team, all the way up to management. It is unlike any place I have ever worked.
My team is very experienced and everyone is willing to help each other. Unlike other offices I worked at we are drama free.
Everyone is friendly and willing to help.

What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
There is always an open platform to voice concerns and questions
There is a culture of growth and progress versus perfection. There is substantial training to help you onboard, as well as the ability to reach out with questions afterwards.
Love the company culture and the community we have.

I like helping collaborators solve problems
Helping learners understand the process, and answering any questions they may have so they can feel confident about their understanding is what makes me the happiest.
I get to do my job with my own autonomy.
