Overwhelming change on a daily basis led to burnout. Too much time spent on computer work and not enough time with our patients. This led to missing time with family to get all of the work done. Too many hurdles to jump through for managed care and following medicare guidelines.

The manager I interviewed with was personable and friendly. She presented the culture and not just the job and she emphasized how it would work for my life.
What are some of the best things about your team?
our team is cohesive and friendly. We enjoy getting together and contact each other with issues. Everyone on our team is always willing to help out when someone gets behind and they are super supportive when there are personal things going on that might interfere with work.
