What does the leadership team need to get better at?
Being fair. They kept raising the starting wage for my position but never updated my wage at that time. So, after being there 10 years, I was making less than someone who just started a week ago.

Fairly comprehensive, offering lots of different coverages and somewhat transparent

Variable pay needs to be a quarterly payout

Because I was being paid below a new employee despite 10 years of experience. I wasn't given a raise for 3 years despite meeting all the performance goals for my team. The rationale was that only people who EXCEEDED expectations received raises. I deserve to have my wage updated to the current wage

Supervisors need to support their employees. Instead, I've repeatedly encountered actual hostility from supervisors with no desire to help employees succeed.

Interviewers were very proffessional. They made me comfortable during the entire interview process, yet asked some of the most difficult questions to understand what I have really worked upon
