The work I do makes a difference, I am able to perform at my best, I don't have a lot of micromanagers telling me how to get done what I need, I am just respected enough that I am able to do my work

I know I am a individual, not an employee number. This has been a rough few years for everyone, this company and executive leadership has done EVERYTHING they can to support us, check up on us, and make decisions in our collective best interest
