What is the best part about your compensation package?
I like the health insurance. I just wish it was less expensive.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
I'm a person first, an employee second. There doesn't seem to be a push for "work until you drop, then work more"
What makes you most happy at work?
one, I get to work at home. Right now, with Covid, that's amazing. We are encouraged to have a good work/life balance. It feels accepting of the differences people have, as well as feeling inclusive and supporting.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
I am a person. As a person, it is understood that I have a life outside of work, and I am encouraged to not make work the end all be all and live that life. Apparent ease of communication between manager/employee.
