newer employee. remote onboarding is difficult but was able to travel for team mtgs and look forward to more of that. big projects already and it is both difficult and fun. positive outlook on future

everyone is very hardworking yet keep a good sense of humor. Willingness to jump in to help or resolve an issue.

little judging, good attitudes even when projects are tough, balanced desire to do all we can for customers and make money
What do you like best about the leadership team?
Appreciate Jim's practical approach to a lofty vision and am already seeing improvements such as benefit premium reduction; my direct leaders live what they preach
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I was making ~7% more with better benefits (medical and 401k) in my previous executive position on the customer side; took this slight step backwards with Nordic with the goal to move 2-steps ahead. need more Nordic experience under my belt but already feeling anxious to move up
