I am new here...only 8 weeks into a 2 month project. This work package is a peculiar one and may not be representative. Overall - Nordic has a very streamlined administrative operation...boring functions like HR, payroll, IT administration are thoughtfully implemented.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
I am fairly paid and the overhead associated with HR is tolerable.

Hands on approach to providing solutions to customers to enable the customers to do things better.

Helping customers figure out better ways to do things. Saving them time and money. Helping customers make their customers happy.

The leaders that I interact with are honest and intelligent. They share information and clearly hold their clients best interests at heart.

The best of my coworkers are experts in their domains. No question - they know how to make a customer's operation run more smoothly. They care about making things better.
