What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Open door policy all the way up to the CEO with no hint of retribution. Senior management works hard to instill a positive culture toward employees. I like that.
What are some of the best things about your team?
They are knowledgeable, humble, and share in the teamwork atmosphere by always being willing to huddle and work through problematic customer build/testing situations. I've never had the luxury of this type of support and connectedness with teammates in my past Epic tech jobs.
