Staff consistently friendly and outgoing and it never feels competitive. The lack of competition increases the ability to collaborate.

How satisfied customers are during and at the end of engagements. I know their work matters to patients and its a big deal that they express how my part increases their impact.
What are some of the best things about your team?
I honestly feel we have the highest average competency for Epic consultants who are able to build relationships to further success in their roles. Customers don't care what you know until they know that you care.
