Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Bonuses would be nice, or just better benefits for consultants who live outside of WI. There is a huge disparity in our health insurance which amounts to thousands of dollars a year in out of pocket costs.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
Trying to grow the company and not just keep doing the same old thing. Seem to really care about the company and employees. I admire how they have handled the COVID19 pandemic and the impact on our customers and employees.
