Many of them are willing to share knowledge and all of them are engaged and conscientious.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
It would be nice to get a raise in hourly pay as consultants if you've been at the company for some time (even if that meant the company received a little less). This would prevent many from feeling like the company gets richer off the backs of their employees/consultants.
