Accessibility. The notion that scheduling time with the CEO is welcome.

Willingness to help other people. Being a remote worker can sometimes make it tough to feel close with my co-workers.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
A closer gap between consultant and Managed Services Pay. I greatly appreciate the dental/vision benefits but the healthcare benefits for non-WI residents is not competitive with other options.
What are some of the best things about your team?
The team does a good job covering for each other if someone is out of the office. One is never made to feel guilty when returning from time away.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
The drop in compensation from consulting to Managed Services is significant. It would help ease the transition to offer a higher salary for those who have been with the company longer and worked on the consulting side.
