The ability to choose where I want to grow and learn, along with the people who help me do that.

They seem to take their employee opinions into consideration, even in the times they can't meet expectations they are clear about why these things aren't possible.

They are typically transparent with their intentions. They are supportive of people's desire to grow, even if it might take a team member outside of their department.
