One of the best compliments is that two years of being with this company has flown by and I have loved every minute. They are hardworking individuals who strive to do the best not only for the clients but for their coworkers as well.

What are some of the best things about your team?
Don't know them well and they change with different clients, but they are all top-notch.

They do not micro-manage my work and keep me informed as I need to be, based upon my needs.

If I am busy and doing the work that can help the client move forward and use my expertise at accomplishing.

The type of work I do; being able to help a client; keeping current with the software is a constant learning process.

I am not at the home office, but they treat us as though we are and are a part of what is going on.

The Maxims we adhere to... they keep the culture exceptional and give us a continuous mission statement that addresses many facets of the company's culture.

The team members I have worked with especially onsite were very professional and knowledgeable. They are some of the best I've worked with over the years.

Being busy and productive for the client I am working for. Giving the client the best of my expertise and leaving them with a good product experience.

They seem to have my best interests in mind. They communicate with me regularly and leave me alone as well to feel I can self manage my time.

They seem forward thinking in the industry. They are looking at other companies to partner with, e.g. Cerner and Canada, and seem truly invested in the next few years.
What needs to change to make the company culture better?
The company culture is usually the client I am working for. Generally I can make it a positive experience with demonstrating a good attitude, which I try and do.
What are some of the best things about your team?
I really don't have a "team" -- unless I am working with others on the same project. I have never been "embarrassed" about a co-worker from Nordic as they are generally exceptional.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
That if I am billable, I can receive a part of the hours I billed as a bonus. It is incentive to be billable and feel your hours were not just given to the company.
