Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
The starting salary is rather low, but there is definitely room to grow. Everyone appears to start at the same salary if they are new to the Epic software, even if they have other experience that is beneficial to the company and sets them ahead of other new employees in those regards.
