Helping a client. Also, when you interact with a coworker and feel you are seeing their authentic self.

The culture here is a present and tangible thing. Everyone knows our Maxims and their importance to the company. You know your coworkers are here to support you in your work and growth, and you are working together to solve problems and help your clients.
